Our handpicked staff, comprised of several professional chefs, knowledgeable and over-the-top wait staff, and hands-on owners and managers have dedicated their lives to perfecting every aspect of this family-run bistro, and it shows in every dish.

Our fast-casual breakfasts and lunches (ran by chefs Joshua Jackson and John Bruckman), featuring 4-egg omelets, homemade blueberry and pecan pancakes, crepes, over a dozen specialty salads, a wide variety of soups, the juiciest ½ lb burgers in town, sandwiches to fit every desire, and weekly breakfast and lunch specials make Red Mountain the perfect pre-work/lunch destination. Every Monday through Friday we offer one of the best Happy Hours in town, featuring $2.00 Mexican Beers from 2 – 5 pm!

Every night at 5 pm Red Mountain transforms into the most relaxing, casually romantic spot in town. Share a bottle of your favorite wine or grab a specialty import brew for yourself while you enjoy our delicious Crostini and wait for the most tantalizing meal your taste buds have ever encountered. (Seriously, that’s a promise.) Under the direction of Trevor Cooper, Sous Chef, our kitchen of professionals and cooks will make your mind spin with every bite. Pesto & Gorgonzola Stuffed & Wrapped Tenderloin, Duck breast topped with a Cranberry & Rosemary White Wine Chutney, Honey & Balsamic Glazed Mahi-Mahi Topped with a Mango Salsa, and our infamous Galway’s Dublin lobster Lawyer Salmon are just to name a few of the dishes that will keep every experience at Red Mountain a new and exciting one.

About the Owners: Jameson Dougil and Tim Girard, owners of local hotspot The Planet and J2 Corporation, purchased a soon-to-close Red Mountain Café back in April 2008. After only a year of rebuilding this once distinguished hidden café, Jamie & Tim’s experience and passion have turned RMC into the remarkably unique talk of the town it is today.
